Armor Defense Inc. (previously named FireHost, Inc.) is a cloud computing security provider with headquarters in Richardson, Texas. It focuses on serving clients with data security or compliance requirements, including companies in the healthcare, retail, financial services, and payment industries.〔() 〕 ==History== Armor was founded (as FireHost) in 2009 by Chris Drake, the company’s CEO. It launched its public cloud in 2011, and since then has raised $59 million in funding, mostly from the Stephens Group. In 2015, Dell started partnering with the company to offer FireHost’s private cloud service to its customers. In August 2015, the company changed its name from FireHost to Armor as part of a rebranding. The change in name reflected its shift from solely providing secure cloud hosting (the "Host" in "FireHost") to offering security products that can be used with any hosting provider. The company has about 200 employees and operates data centers in Dallas, Phoenix, Singapore, Amsterdam, and London. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Armor, Inc.」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
